letterboxing on its scenic site overlooking Boston Harbor.

If there is any list of location links, please consider adding our new

Please broadcast the information.

No prior permission is needed.
The property is controlled by The Fort Revere Park and Preservation
Society
and the MDC (Metropolitan District Commission). To all intents and
purposes
it looks like any other MDC property, and is patrolled by MDC Rangers.

Our website gives the longitude & latitude, and gives you an idea of
the
locale, but if you wish me to write up a description, I can.
The site is on top of a hill overlooking Boston Outer Harbor. There is
a
70ft observation tower.

We in the FRP&PS want to encourage letterboxing & geocaching. If you
want us
to provide a special hidden container, we'd be happy to do that.

Let me know...
and welcome!

What a wonderful note in my mailbox!

With your permission, we will fwd your message to the talk list so
that
individuals in the group will share in your welcome. I suspect you
will
find several will take up the offer and place letterboxes. Boxes
often
refer to the history of an area and can serve as interpretive media.
Would
you prefer that box placers contact you prior to hiding a box? If you
have
specific aspects of the preserve that are noteworthy they might be
included
in the clues or stamp or box description.

Sincerely,
Susan Davis
